Preheat the oven to 375, season about 7 salmon cuts with salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning.
Once seasoned, take a tray and cover the base with foil, add the fish and put it in the oven for
15 to 20 minutes depending on how thin they are.
Now while that is cooking we get started on the sauce. chop one head of garlic, sauté with three
tablespoons of butter add quarter cup each honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, whisk
then cook to a light boil then add half to the fish in the oven and the rest once the fish is fully
cooked
Sides:   any healthy greens go great with fish but I find some better than others. Brussels sprouts
and asparagus are my personal favorite but you can also go with a fresh salad for your side. for
this recipe we are going to use asparagus and brussel sprouts.melt about a tablespoon of
butter any way you like, pan or microwave, then add melted butter to veggies and season with
salt and lemon pepper. Add this tray into the oven for 10 minutes and you’re done.

then bake for 15 minutes. Once finished, add a squeeze of lemon and maybe a fresh salad.

almond butter halibut

one cup unsalted butter, half cup sliced almonds, saute almonds in the butter until almonds are
golden brown over medium heat. Season fish lemon pepper and garlic salt, mix together a
quarter cup flour teaspoon lemon pepper, teaspoon of garlic salt. Dust the fish with the mix,
strain almonds from the butter, then fry the seasoned halibut in the remaining butter until golden
brown, plate and top with the almonds, chopped parsley, a squeeze of lemon, and drizzle the
remainder of the butter. goes well with rice, veggies, salad, and quinoa
thoughts. A simple and unique recipe I very much enjoyed, both the making and eating.

dice about a pound of salmon into cubes and add some seasonings. teaspoon of garlic powder,
tablespoon of chili flakes, honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Be sure to mix all the cuts.Set up

Grab your chicken or beef of choice, season with pepper and cook on medium high heat with

tablespoons avocado oil, sesame seeds, two tablespoons of sugar free brown sugar, teaspoon
powdered ginger, one finely minced clove of garlic, and 0.25g of xanthan gum. Now steam or
cook your veggie of choice, I recommend broccoli, carrot, jalapeño, celery, and zucchini. Once
the veggies soften add in the chicken and the sauce for about four to five minutes, add a bed of
cauliflower rice. plate and enjoy.

Dice one onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Mash or blend together. In a medium pan add two
tablespoons of butter, add the mash, stir for 5 min constantly, add two teaspoons chili powder,
ground turmeric, ground cumin,and paprika, Add celery salt. Then add 2/3 can of tomato paste
or sauce and add a small amount of water. Cut chicken into strips or cubes and add to the pan.
Add a cup of either heavy cream or evaporated milk. Cook for about 8 min flipping regularly.
Once the chicken is done, plate and enjoy.

For a homemade sauce you might need a single-serve blender cup, or a food processor,
although finely chopping it all and mixing works too. To start add half a cup of mayonnaise, a
teaspoon of salt, a jalapeño or a serrano for extra spice, a squeezed lime, a garlic clove, and a
tablespoon cilantro, now mix or blend finely. Take out your shrimp and process them by taking
off the skins, tail bits, and by deveining them, dry out the shrimp on some paper towels then put
them in a bowl for mixing, add a tablespoon of oil. for your rub mix you are going to need a
teaspoon of garlic, chili powder, half a teaspoon of salt and pepper, and mix the rub with your
shrimp thoroughly. Add a large pan on medium heat to your stove top and add two tablespoons
of oil, wait for it to get hit then add the shrimp, make sure to keep each piece separated evenly,
cook for three minutes then flip each piece, cook for about three more minutes then check the
color on the inside, if its opaque then it’s done, in a separate pan add your low carb corn tortillas
or regular and begin to heat them up at medium heat, watch the bottom of the tortillas for
browning then flip once both sides are cooked take them out, add the shrimp, sauce, and a
squeeze of lemon then enjoy.

blackened ahituna medallion

heavy season both sides with cajun seasoning for all your pieces, add a tablespoon of avocado oil to a pan then sear it on both sides untill blackened. it should take about two to three minutes before you should check the middle, if the middle is still raw but the outside is slightly burned then its ready, pair with a Caesar salad. ceasar salar recipe: one clove of mashed garlic, three tabespoons of olive oil, two teaspoons of balsamic vinegar, one tabespoons worcestershire sauce, half of a lemon juice, one head of romane lettuce chopped, one stalke of celery cut into pieces, half a cup of grated parmesanavocado. plate and enjoy.

egg dipped cod

for a single serving wisk in a bowl two eggs and two teaspoons of soy sause together, cut the cod into portions, dip in the egg mix and pan fry it over medium on both sides for two to three minutes, once completely cooked drizzle some teriyaki sauce over it and pair with a some baked or air fried veggies and avocado. plate and enjoy
