sweet salmon and baked veggies

Preheat the oven to 375, season about 7 salmon cuts with salt, pepper, and old bay seasoning.
Once seasoned, take a tray and cover the base with foil, add the fish and put it in the oven for
15 to 20 minutes depending on how thin they are.
Now while that is cooking we get started on the sauce. chop one head of garlic, sauté with three
tablespoons of butter add quarter cup each honey, soy sauce, and apple cider vinegar, whisk
then cook to a light boil then add half to the fish in the oven and the rest once the fish is fully
cooked
Sides:   any healthy greens go great with fish but I find some better than others. Brussels sprouts
and asparagus are my personal favorite but you can also go with a fresh salad for your side. for
this recipe we are going to use asparagus and brussel sprouts.melt about a tablespoon of
butter any way you like, pan or microwave, then add melted butter to veggies and season with
salt and lemon pepper. Add this tray into the oven for 10 minutes and you’re done.
